How we're different
Most Kerala agencies work the same way. You describe what you need, they choose someone, and you pay a month's salary as a fee. When she leaves, you pay again.
We built the platform the other way round. You see the profiles. You speak to the person yourself. You decide. And you pay once for access, not every time you hire.
We think families should choose who comes into their homes, and we think the people doing this work should be paid the salary a family agrees to, without an agency taking a share of it.
